Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing because I strongly believe I was issued with the ticket above by mistake...

On December 28th, 2018 I entered the petrol station as I would normally do whenever I needed to hoover or wash my car. I spent £4.50 to hoover my car and that took about 20 minutes alone. During those 20 minutes, I had to remove the mats within my car, insert the payments and hoovered the entire car. Furthermore, I had also washed my car where I had to go into the store, queue up to get a code to activate the car wash.

As you can see from the CCTV footage the only time, I left my car was to go into the store to purchase the code. I am a regular user of the petrol station and I am really disgusted with your actions. This means I will have to avoid using this petrol station in the near future due to such unfairness. After receiving this fine I had no choice but to speak to the manager of the petrol station in regards to the situation. The manager himself was confused as to why I was given this fine so he photocopied the letter and assured me that he would contact you on my behalf to have it cancelled. I have enclosed my purchases for that day as well as past purchase.

I, therefore, requesting this fine to be cancelled with immediate effect.

Regards
